Q: Can I still use my existing Wallis State Bank checks, credit card, debit card, etc. after January 1, 2019?

A: Yes, you will be able to continue to use your current checks, credit card, and debit cards.  When it comes time for you to reorder checks, and/or when your credit/debit card reaches its expiration date, you will receive new checks and credit/debit cards that reflect our new look.

 

Q: Will the rebrand impact me, or my accounts?

A: No. All your account information will remain the same and can be used as you do currently.  We are dedicated to providing the same level of service to all customers.

 

Q: Does this change the FDIC insurance coverage for my accounts?

A: No, the FDIC insurance coverage will not be affected by the rebrand. For more information on FDIC insurance coverage visit www.fdic.gov

 

Q: What if I have a loan in process that has not closed or a line of credit not fully funded?

A: Your loans in process and line of credit will not be affected.

 

Q: Will online banking be affected?

A: The look will change, but you will continue to login the same way.
