All Internet and email users need to be careful when clicking on links inside unsolicited or unexpected emails as these are often hiding malware such as viruses, Trojan applications, or links to sites that are requesting your private information. No organization will ask you for your user ID, password, credit card or account information via an email. ANY request via email that asks for personal or financial information should be questioned by contacting the organization by means other than email such as a telephone call to the company, or simply deleted. For protection, Internet and email users are recommended to install and maintain a good antivirus/anti-spyware application continuously on their systems.

Eliminate frequent trips to the bank to make deposits. Wallis State Bank now offers the ability to make deposits from the office by securely logging on and creating a secure image of a check. Contact your relationship officer.
