Certificates of Deposit An account established for long term saving, with varying terms available at competitive rates. Interest may be added back to the principal, mailed by check, or automatically deposited to another Wallis State Bank account. All Certificates of Deposit are established as automatic renewals, with a 10 day grace period after maturity. Interest begins to accrue on the business day that non-cash items (for example, checks) are deposited.
